We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Customized Items

Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any products that have been personalized or made to order. All sales of customized items are final.

3. Non-Customized Items

For non-customized items, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@ with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Exchanges
